When you created a Facebook Page, you had to use a personal Facebook User Profile account to do so. Similarly, a Facebook App requires that it's created from a personal Facebook User Account.
Once the App is created, there are ways to show content from the Page in your website/App and the opposite direction. However, they first need to both be created from a User Profile account.
