Hi there

Having now paid for a subscription via Paypal, it is listing as immediately expired and I have not access to the download.

My assumption is because Paypal has my credit card associated with a different email address, and you index my order by email address. This is a glitch, as Paypal very often forces users to a different email address by making you use their Paypal account structure rather than paying directly.

As it stands, because of this glitch, I have paid for a subscription, but don't have access to it.

So 1) Please can you tell me how to get the Paypal receipt to you so you can sort this out, and activate my subscription (on danieltaghioff at yahoo dot com)

2) Please can you extend my subscription for a week, to make up for the time list to this glitch in the user story testing.

Daniel,
The reason your payment wasn't processed immediately is because you chose to pay with an eCheck. These take 5-7 business days to clear, according to PayPal. Once cleared, PayPal notifies us automatically and our system processes the payment and releases the subscription.

In your case, since you've had a previous subscription with us, I just manually approved the payment. Please don't cancel it within PayPal :)
