To start, we've
never deleted an unhappy post. There are a few in the forums, but as you know, not many. We try to respond to questions fast, and frankly, after over 2 years of development, it's pretty darn solid, so most posts are for new features.. not for bugs.. which makes it hard for the poster to be too upset
As for your question, it's being worked on, but I can't give a specific release date. Right now, we're focusing on a profile plugin for Virtuemart, after which we'll be focusing on the JomSocial plugin to add support for profile types (let the user select and see the fields on registration for that profile type). It's for that release that we'll likely be adding the Terms/Conditions thing because 1) it's asked for a lot and 2) JomSocial doesn't do it. We like adding features they don't have yet!
The VirtueMart plugin is targetted for the end of this weekend, and if that goes smoothly (which nothing with VM ever seems too), that means that the JS plugin will likely be updated next week.
