As to your question, I honestly don't know the answer, as we've never tried that add-on. We do have a 30-day money back guarantee, and if you can't get it going, or just aren't happy, you just have to request a refund. There's been only a few 3rd party extensions that users have run into that we haven't been able to come up with a work-around for. In general, we create a standard Joomla user (you don't even have to integrate with JomSocial if you don't want to), which allows for 3rd party extensions to usually not even 'know' that the user is from Facebook.
