I really don't use IM for anything. I stay off it whenever possible. If there's something you can tell that may be the problem for FTPing in, or if you can look at the FTP log to investigate, that would help. Alternatively, you can enable extPlorer or another Joomla File manager which would help us do our diagnosis on your site.

I'm really not sure why you're having issues with EasyBlog, but once we can actually add some logging to the Easy Blog open graph code, we should be able to narrow things down quickly. If you want to try and generate new FTP credentials for me, we'll gladly try again. I'm using Filezilla on a Mac to login, if that helps as well for your testing.

I just tested the updated credentials you sent, but I still receive the same "Critical Error" message using Filezilla, a very popular FTP program. Below is the log with explicity TLS:

When using implicit TLS, I get:

Error: GnuTLS error -15: An unexpected TLS packet was received.
Error: Could not connect to server

I'm not sure what's going on with connecting. The response keeps coming back as "530 Login authentication failed". Is there any way that you can re-install extPlorer or another file manager on your site so that I can edit the files through Joomla? Otherwise, can you look at the FTP logs and try to determine what may be wrong?
