Comments Integration

I tested yesterday and I did create a comment, but it didn't post, as you have mentioned. We just re-tested that functionality on our own Joomla 2.5 development system using EasyBlog v3.8.14576. The comment properly worked on our development server.

When I looked at your site yesterday, I believe you were on the latest EasyBlog, but I wanted to test again and do some more investigation today, but your site is not loading currently and throwing a 500 Internal Server error.

Can you let me know when the site is back up so we can test. Also, please let us know the following:
* Have you modified the JFBConnect code, or our plugins, in any way?
* Have you modified EasyBlog in any way?

Just want to narrow down possible causes. Additionally, is there a way we can access the file system on your server? I saw that you had extPlorer installed, but I couldn't load it yesterday, probably due to permissions. That would allow us to diagnose where the comment functionality is failing.

Thanks for sending me the FTP credentials for your server. Unfortunately, the link you sent me says the link has timed out, so I can't see the credentials now.

Can you re-send them through that service or Private Message me the details?

Thanks for re-sending. I just tried multiple times to FTP in, but was unable to. I could connect and my username you sent seemed correct, but either the password was incorrect or the whole account didn't work.

Can you test with the credentials you sent or regenerate new ones for me?

I'm definitely using FTPES. The log of the connection is below:

The SSL cert is being verified and was downloaded already. I can't verify the credentials you sent since the link has expired again, but I have them copied. The first and last letter in the user and pass are:
user: s.....g
pass: W......y

All I can guess is that one letter was cut off when I cut and pasted the password, but I'm not sure what's going on. Let me know if you have any more information or other ways to connect.
