Comments Integration

No, the App Center is separate from Open Graph. The App Center is where you can publish 'large' apps to get more exposure. Only apps with a lot of users get approved, so it's best to build up your user base before submitting to increase your chances of approval.

Using Open Graph Actions is a great way to increase your apps visibility to get users so that you can be approved into the App Center later on.

In the Open Graph area of the Facebook Developers page you need to 'submit' your action for Facebook to approve. They have to approve all actions that you create for your website. For more information, see our Submitting Open Graph Actions for Approval documentation page.

Sorry I didn't get back to you last reply right away.

Can you check the Open Graph -> Activity Log section of JFBConnect and see if anything is being posted in there? If so, there should be a error message indicating a problem. No message indicates the post was successful.. in which case we'll need to narrow down why you don't see it on Facebook.

If the above doesn't help, can you let me know the settings you used for your Action? Mainly, check to make sure it's associated to the Object you created and the Trigger type is set to "Manual" (not automatic).

Keep me posted, and we'll do what we can to get you going. We're planning some updates to Open Graph in the next release to simplify things some as well.

Very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I do see some issues in the screen shots you sent, and hopefully fixing them will fix your issues.

In your object configuration, it looks like you created an object type of "blog" on Facebook. Since you created it (it's not a pre-defined type by Facebook), you should UN-check the "Built-In Facebook Object" box. Alternatively, you may want to switch to using the built-in "article" type from Facebook. Either option works.

In your action configuration, you created a custom action of type "comment" on Facebook. You properly have the "Built-In Facebook Object" box un-checked. However, you've also included the namespace in the type. The type box should just be "comment". JFBConnect will take care of adding the namespace.

Try updating those values and hopefully you'll get something going. If not, let us know. I'll be much quicker to respond next time, and again apologize for the delay.
