Hi
I have a problem regarding login as Facebook user on my webpage.
When I try to login as a Facebook user, I am redirected to an error page (see enclosed)
Its only when it´s me (my account). I have created a test account in FB, and when I try to connect with this account, everything is good.

I have also try to login to other websites with my account, and it works fine there (so I dont think that its my FB account that is the problem).
I have noe activated both "Hello Me" and SClogin - same problem..

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Tom

Tom,
A 1062 error usually means there's a SQL issue somewhere. I know this can happen when the User - Contact Creator plugin is enabled as there's a bug in that plugin. Beyond that, I'd need a lot more information about the issue.

You blurred some details out above. Can you let us know:
* The relative URL (you can blur out your domain name) so we can see what page is having the problem.
* If there are any other details, especially about the error itself, let us know those as that will help narrow things down.
* Is this during a registration or login with that account?

Beyond that, my only suggestion would be to try and disable any user or system plugins that may try to 'do' something when you try to login. Somewhere, a SQL error is happening.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex
Thanks for reply.
I have send over a new screendump - hope you can use it.
When I log in I get redirected to this error page. If I loggin in, and if I press refresh then the page is completely normal, and I'm logged in.
It may seem like that on my account has some trouble redirect.
The other super administrators or normal users do not have the same problem as me.
The problem has arisen suddenly without there having been no changes or installations.
If you need an administrator account, FTP information, etc. - than I send it to you

Thanks
Tom

Could you go ahead and send Alex or myself FTP and super-admin access? There's not an obvious error on that page so it'd be quicker if we could start adding some debugging statements to see what's going wrong.

I mapped my test Facebook account to the super admin account that you provided (by logging in via the Joomla superadmin account, temporarily publishing SCLogin module, using the button to connect to Facebook, then unpublishing the module again). You can see the mapping in the JFBConnect > Usermap area. On the front-page I was then able to log in via Facebook just fine with no errors on the page. I cannot reproduce that error on your page

Could you verify the following:
* What is the specific URL you are attempting the login from? I was attempting the above from the home page. Let me know if this is from a subpage on your site.
* Does this behavior happen when you log in via Facebook credentials only, or also with the Joomla credentials?
* If you unmap the Facebook user from your superadmin account (by going into JFBConnect > Usermap and deleting the correct row) and then following the steps that I did above to map the user again, do you have the problem?

Hi Melissa
Thanks for reply.
I have send you an pm with the url that I am log in to.
I have try to delete the user (me) in the user map - but same problem.
I don´t have this issue when I log in with the normal Joomla login.
This issue only apply to me, when I login with my FB account
Thanks

It's difficult to diagnose an issue like that for a specific user we don't have access to. We'll do what we can though, but please bare with some additional questions/requests.

Can you set the "Debug System" option to 'On' in the Global Configuration area of Joomla? With luck, that will show some more details in the red error box that's appearing.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex
Thanks for reply.
I have try to set the debug option on, but no result for this issue.
I will send you an pmp with an screen movie that shows you the problem. As you will see, I can refresh the errorpage, and then I am logged in.
I have no clue, but it seems like there is an = to much in the link?

Thanks
Tom

Alright.. last thing for you to try.

Can you disable the following plugins and test again:
* Social Profiles - Kunena
* Social Profiles - JomSocial
* System - MyMapsLocation
* User - JomSocial User
* User - EasyBlog User

If that still fails, we'll need to be able to test with your Facebook credentials. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to recreate this issue and without more details or something to help narrow it down, there's really not a method for us to find or fix the solution otherwise.

As for the extra = in the URL, that's perfectly normal. The redirection URL can have 2 == at the end without issue.

Thanks,
Alex
