open graph don't work

I attempted to create a user on your site, but I got an empty dialog when trying to sign in with Facebook credentials. I tried multiple accounts and had the same result each time. Has logging in with FB worked for your site before?

Regardless, the issue you describe has occurred before for some of our users and it is generally
1) JomSocial inserting incorrect Open Graph tags onto the page. I wanted to login via FB on your site so that I could see the source to see if #1 was occurring. You can attempt to the following to see if JS adding the tags is causing the issue. In /components/com_community/helpers/head.php, try commenting out the lines of code that are the "self::addOpengraph" function calls
2) the action / object being set up incorrectly. If trying the changes for #1 does not help, then you can attach a screenshot of the actions and objects in both your JFBConnect backend and in your FB application and we can go review for any glaring errors.

Your configuration above looks correct. However, you shouldn't need to set any additional permissions in the Facebook configuration area. JFBConnect will take care of any additional permissions that are required.

As for your testing, please let us know:
* Are you trying from the Facebook account that is an admin of your Facebook Application? Until you've submitted your objects and actions for approval, normal visitors won't be able to trigger actions.. only the admins
* Is the image or group that you're trying to trigger the action on public? Facebook only allows actions to post to a Timeline for public activity that any viewer can see, including guests. If Facebook can't crawl the group or image, since they won't be logged into your site, the action won't work.
* If none of that helps, please post a link to a group or image that you tried to trigger an action on but didn't work and we'll investigate further.

I was able to find the group that you're testing with from your image. It is public, which is good. However, as Melissa originally responded, JomSocial is inserting invalid Open Graph tags on the page. If you run that page through the Facebook URL Debug Tool , you'll see multiple errors.

Please follow the instructions she posted above which tell you how to clean up the Open Graph error messages that Facebook is detecting.

If you clean them up and the Debug Tool shows no errors, try again. If that still doesn't work, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Please give us a lot more information on what you're trying to configure and how you've configured it. If you've switched to EasySocial, you'd need to change how everything is setup, so we'll need to start again. The only action that JFBConnect supports within EasySocial is album image upload, so please describe how that is configured and how you are trying to test things. Once we understand how things are setup, we can gladly help try to determine what could be going wrong.
