I see there are two }} after the closing remark. Does that give any clue?

I would first like to recommend that, if you haven't already, please upgrade to the latest JFBConnect 6.2.3. There were some bugs with tags being interpreted/stripped incorrectly that were resolved in that release. If you have already upgraded and the problem is still occurring, could you provide the URL where this is happening please?

Thanks
-Melissa

Website is at avinardia.com If you create a free login and the go to the "Help" article, you will see what I'm saying.

Thank you,

Could you PM credentials to your backend? I want to look at the tags on the article, setup of JFBConnect social configuration, etc, to see if I can reproduce this on my test site better.

Ken,

I was able to narrow this down to only occurring when our 'Open Graph - Content' plugin is enabled and wanted to test a code change for it. I can tell you the lines of code to change or I can install a new package for it, but my backend permissions need to be updated so that I can be allowed to install that.

Also, if the change does not fix the issue, I will need to have access to look at the JFBConnect configuration, Open Graph and Social areas for my user. The permissions for JFBConnect can be set up by going to Components > JFBConnect > Overview and clicking the Options button and changing the permissions for Access Configuration Area, Configure Social, Configure Open Graph.

I am able to access the JFBConnect areas now, but I need to be able to install the lib_sourcecoast extension package also and am unable to do so.
