Dave,
Thanks for the access and letting us look. I went to the "We are Open" page (a K2 Item). From there, when the action tries to trigger using AJAX, the following Javascript error is thrown:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 406 (Not Acceptable) http://www.YOUR-URL.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&controller=opengraph&task=ajaxAction&action=3&href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.u-read.net%2Fu-read-news%2Fwe-re-open
If you go directly to that URL (replace with your domain), you'll see the same error. I'm not sure what's causing that, but it's definitely a problem. The only thing I tried was to tell sh404SEF to 'skip' JFBConnect, which can correct some issues, but didn't seem to do anything here. I reverted that setting.
Does that help you understand the issue more? If not, let us know, but hopefully, you may be able to diagnose a little bit of why the request won't go through (server configuration, firewall, security, etc) that could be preventing it.
Let us know as we'll gladly help investigate more however we can.
Thanks,
Alex
