For the overlap of the Send popup into the right bar, edit templates/sj_news25/css/template.css. At line 2453, remove the overflow:hidden from the #yt_component .component-inner .content_article element.

For the menu dropdowns, I couldn't find a page where that was happening. Can you post a URL where we can see that happen? It's usually a z-index problem, but need to see it in action to fix.

Can you post a page where the menu overlaps with the social buttons? I clicked into an article and saw the social buttons, but the menus don't go as low as in your image. Please post a link we can see the issue on.

I see the image. Please give the URL to that exact page so I can see the problem live on your site. I can't see it on the home page, and I don't know what article you are looking at.
