I'm having a problem with my site. Until today JFB has been working fine, but as i tried to login with a new testing account through the "Login with facebook" button, i was redirected to a white page. The user is created as it should, but it wont redirect the new user to the front of the homepage which it should. But if you press F5 and refresh the site, it redirects you perfectly without any problems at all. But why does it make me stuck on the white page ?

Ive attached a screenshot of the page which i'm stuck on, and the URL which i get is - www.elektroniktest.dk/index.php?option=c...w==&cb=1342781037009

Hopefully you can help me with this problem :) Looking forward to get this thing sorted out.

Kasper,
There's a few reasons that could be happening, and all are pretty easy to solve. However, we'll need to know a little bit more about your configuration to make any progress. Can you let us know what version of JFBConnect and Joomla you're using?

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for subscribers only.

I am the co-owner of the site Kasper mentions above and the subscription is bought using my login..
If you need full access to the page , just let us know.

Thanks for letting me know about the subscription status.

I just got a chance to look at the site. The issue is likely that you're running Kunena v2.0. The current JFBConnect / Kunena Profile plugin is only for Kunena v1.x. We'll be releasing an updated version that works for 2.0 in a few days. Until then, please disable that plugin, which will disable profile import into Kunena. New users can still register through Facebook though.

If that's not the issue and you're not running Kunena v2.0, just let us know and we can look into other possible causes.

Sounds good. We have the updated Kunena plugin going through testing now, along with version 4.2.4 of JFBConnect which fixes some minor bugs and updates for recent changes with Facebook. It wil be available (likely) tomorrow, but possibly on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on how testing goes.

Weve also discovered another bug which we cant seem to get rid of.
In the Like box on the website, when people press "Like", they get shown twice. Do you know how to get rid of them showing up twice ? :)

The Like box itself has that bug. It's a problem on Facebook's end and not something we can fix. Basically, Facebook wants as many faces to show as possible, so if you make the Faces area larger (by increasing the height of the module), they will try to fill in the blank areas. As more users Like your FB Page though, the less of a chance that a duplicate will show.

Hope that makes sense. The only options now are disable faces, decrease the height of the module to show less faces, or get more Likes.

Just wanted to let you know that the new release of JFBConnect was just posted. It fixes a few minor issues (none security related) and also has an updated Kunena profile plugin.

Please feel free to update. It should fix the issues mentioned above!
