I have Joomla 5.2.4 with SP Page Builder.  If I try to turn on JFBC the plugins throw a ton of debug files.  This has been happening even with SP Page Builder NOT installed. So there is definately some bugs.  I have been told this from other developers that I have contacted.  They looked at it and yes the debug files list sourcecoast.  What is any body doing about this as I have paid several renewals and yet NOTHING has been done.  I have PHP 8.1 installed.
Thanks for any information.

Is this a full Joomla 5 version software or the patched plugin to get it to work?

Thanks for your post. Can you help us understand a lot more details about what 'debug files' or messages or whatever other information you can share about what you're seeing? Please let us know:
* Any error/debug messages - where you're seeing them (log file, browser console, etc)
* What features or functionality is having issues - is login not working? Is registration failing? Are social buttons not appearing? Etc
* It sounds like SP Page Builder is not part of the problem since you mention there are issues even if that's disabled. Is there any other extension that could likely be conflicting with JFBConnect?

It's difficult for us to provide any answers with the information you've provided, but we'll gladly help investigate if there's an issue we need to address.

Thanks,
Alex

We just did some investigation and found a case where there could be an error with certain newer versions of Joomla under certain conditions. We were calling a function that was deprecated in Joomla (which means it was still there but could be removed one day)... and apparently, in a newer point-release of Joomla they removed that call.

Please feel free to install the new version and let us know if that fixes the issue. We appreciate you reporting it. If you do find other issues, post exact error messages would really be helpful to help us narrow down causes.

Thanks,
Alex

I upgraded from 9,2 to 9.4 JFBConnect. Same problem. I sent a text of the debug file to you. If you click on the joomla article in mid page of home page at sd42mngop.com you will find a article named placeholder #1 or #2. If your program is not installed they will open without any problem.
But I would like to have buttons auto placed in the article. NOT manually inside the SP Builder Template that Is more restrictive. Such as the 2 column place holder for Joomla Articles.
It is JoomShapers. Social Share button that I drag into place that does work in a limited fashion. It is not installed right now.
As I said, I have been having this problem in other Joomla 5 articles at another site that I use.
Did you get my email from late last night?

I apologize for the delay. I didn't see your email responses to this thread. They went to a not-monitored address, but I was able to find the error messages you sent.

We are investigating further but are a little stumped as to what the cause of the issue is. We found one problem area when creating the URL for the open graph tags and are investigating another. That was fixed in the 9.2.4 version, which it looks like you installed already.

The issue is something with how SEF URLs are generated on your site. If we go to the non-SEF version of the placeholder #1 article on your site, the page loads fine:
index.php/en?option=com_content&view=article&id=1&catid=8

To investigate further, we need to understand a little more about your site. Can you send us admin credentials for the site? We don't know SP Page Builder that well, so I can't guarantee we can easily get to the bottom of the issue, but we'll gladly try. Some things we want to try:
* Test the article loading with a different template on the site
* Test turning off SEF URLs
* Check which other extensions are installed and possibly causing the problem

To send us the credentials, please use the Contact Us button at the top of this page and put them in there. That's a secure way to send them to our team.

Thanks,
