How to add HTML email to the ini file

Hi Team,
I have a short generic question please.
The welcome email after registration is feeded from language/ini file that is clear.
I already changed its default title, thanks to the great help of Melissa.
But now i have a problem, i wanted to change its body, and yes its from the ini file but there i have limited possibilities.
I want a html email sent to the user but i cant insert html code to the ini file.

So long story make it short, how its possible to use a html template for the emails sent to the users after registration?

First at all really appreciate your kind help in my topic.
May i ask how you meant AcyMailing?

I even has that plugin, but im not aware if it can send out system emails.
Correct me if im wrong, but its designed to send out mass emails and give email subscription possibility.

Please let me know if i miss something here
