Hello, thank you again for your help. this redirect is caused by a plugin called limit active login, With this plugin, you can easily set a limit for the number of active logins that a user can have and the users can only login from one device. it is a must have since we offer restricted contents. and this plugin is activated when the user is already logged in and they try to login from another device, then they get the redirect with the error that they are logged in already.
