Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's much we can help with here. This sounds like a Joomla configuration issue and it's not one I've heard of before. JFBConnect itself doesn't have any sort of password reset functionality built in.
I apologize for the lengthy delay. We had an issue that was preventing us from responding to support requests but it is rectified now. I truly hope you were able to resolve this issue, but if not, I'd recommend posting in the Joomla forums where someone else may have had this problem. If you think it's caused by JFBConnect though, please let us know why and we'll gladly investigate further.
