Hi,
as a nonprofit association, we bought a new subscription of JFBConnect in the last 23th of July.
We have a joomla 3.10.12 website.
After having put the subscription ID I went in Extension: Update and I saw v. 9.0.215 as the latest version as follows:



It seemed strange to me because your latest version today is 9.0.244.
Then I tried to update and I got this (error 403):



where I clicked on the link and I got as follows:



Can you help me?
Please let me know.

You are correct! The latest update version was not showing up properly. We've fixed that issue and all should be good now.

Finally, I apologize for the lengthy delay. We had an issue that was preventing us from responding to support requests but it is rectified now.

I missed responding to the error page.. since the older version was unpublished on our site, you would see that message. You shouldn't see that any more now that we've fixed that glitch.
