New Meta fault was created by mpampise
Hi I would like to have your help at the following:
a)      When I try to add a new Meta, I got the following message - Error: Information is required about your Application for Open Graph to function. Please run  Autotune configuration tool . to fetch your settings. – I run the tool but no results
b)     When I am posting at two different Facebook pages, for each different categories, the facebook post are mixed up.

Kind regards Mpampis

I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

The Autotune error will occur if you have not been through the "Fetch Network Settings" and "Facebook App" tabs in Autotune. Also, are there any errors in the Facebook App section?

How have you configured your channel for posting? Are you using Open Graph objects? A screenshot of your channel configuration and, if applicable, open graph object would be helpful to see.

Dear Merissa Thanks for your replay. The first problem that I describe if solved, somehow I manage to unpublish one of the plugins…
The second problem remains. Still have a mix up in-between the two social F/B channels. What happening is that after publishing a post in Greek lang, is going correct to the Greek F/B page, doing a second post in Greek, it goes also the English Page F/B, a third post only in Greek . a fourth post also in the English page , ets.Can I send you an admin login so you can have a look ?

I'm sorry for the delay in response. Use the Contact Us menu item to send secure admin credentials.

Also, could you give me specific details on which articles you published and had this problem with.

For some reason an email did not come from our contact us extension, so I missed your original message. I did find your form submission in the records so I am able to see your site information.

If we need to look at the channel in the backend, we will need credentials to get into the administrator area. You provided a link, but not credentials.

Thank you for the credentials.

I have manually posted on the front-end and auto-posted articles in the backend. All posts seemed to go to the appropriate Facebook pages, so I'm a little confused at what your problem is now.

Here are the steps that I took:
1. Enabled both channels in the backend Channels area.
2. On the front end, logged in with the credentials.
3. I went to a Greek article page and used the Create Post toolbar in the bottom of the page to manually post to Facebook. (Side note, I had to use dev tools to enable the modal-footer since your template hides it and, thus, the post button). This went properly to your FB Greek Page - look for the post with the text "Test Gr bakches-apo-ten-omada-ki-omos-kineitai-sto-theatro-roes"
4. I then went to an English article page and posted manually as well. This went properly to the FB English page - look for the post with the text "Manual Post EN why-did-ancient-greek-actors-wear-theater-masks"
5. In the backend, created an article in a Greek category - article ID 17663. This posted properly to the FB Greek page - look for the post with the text "Test GR Autopost 1"
6. In the backend, created an article in an English category - article ID 17664. This posted properly to the FB English page - look for the post with the text "Test En Autopost 1".

At this point, I'm confused. Can you please explain step-by-step what problem you're having and any details like which articles (and their IDs) posted incorrectly, etc.
