I'm not sure. That's not a normal URL that we call directly and it's not a real folder on the site.. the actual folder would be /component/com_jfbconnect.
There are SEF extensions out there that alter the URLs and can strip com_ from the component name and generally try to make prettier URLs. However, that's not something built into JFBConnect and so I can't say what an extension might be doing that's changing the URLs.
Analytics does have some tools to let you see the path user's follow to get to certain pages. You may want to try and dig deeper into those URLs to see what's going on. Unfortunately, that's the best answer I can provide.
