Meta > Configuration > Skip Components - BUG was created by joomleb

Hi guys,
on both Joomla 3.10.10 and 4.1.5
Meta > Configuration > Skip Components: I select the components and click on Save / Save & Close

It seems to be saved with success, but the selected components are not hightlighted.
It seems like JFBC is always saving with no componetes selection

Am I missing anything ?
Please, Can you confirm the bug ? ...And provide a quick fix
