I'm sorry for the delay in response. We've been in the hospital with our silk child for the past month. We're trying to go through the backlog of support issues.
1. In the JFBConnect backend > Configuration area > Advanced tab, set the 'Enable Social Toolbar' option to No and save.
2. There are two places you may need to change the icon. The first is in JFBConnect > Providers tabs for LinkedIn and Twitter. From your screenshots, this is what you've set.
The second is in SCLogin > Social Button Settings module parameters for the 'Social Login Buttons' setting. If you choose 'Default' whatever the options that are set in JFBConnect will be used. If you choose Custom, the SCLogin module will use what you've set for each of the providers. Can you double-check that you have default as the option used in SCLogin.
3. In SCLogin > Login View Settings, there are two password buttons that can be displayed.
* Show the 'Show Password' button
* Show Forgot Password - If you choose white button or black button here, it will put the button next to the input
