I am not sure what the issue is, I get this error when I attempt to update/upload the newest version of JFBConnect..
I have attempted to upload the newest package.
An error has occurred.

0 JFBConnect provider plugins requires JFBConnect 9.0.0 or higher. Please upgrade JFBConnect to the latest stable release to use JFBConnect provider.

When you install the main JFBConnect zip file, that will also install the provider plugins (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc). Those plugins each have a check to make sure that JFBConnect is the right version (v9.0 or higher).

There shouldn't be an error like that though when installing as the component should be installed first, followed by the plugins.

Can you check/let me know the following:
* Verify you're using the latest JFBConnect zip file (com_jfbconnect_v9.0.197.zip)?
* If the install file is correct, can you let me know what version of JFBConnect you're upgrading from? We'll have to do some tests to make sure there isn't an issue with the upgrade process.
* Also, let us know what version of Joomla you are using.

Thanks!
Alex

Thanks for sending the details. I tried to upload JFBConnect through the admin area and am seeing the error messages now. We'll have to login to Cpanel to investigate what is causing problems.

We recorded your credentials and removed them from above. Please do not post credentials going forward. This is a public site. Fortunately, they were only up for a few minutes.

Thanks,
Alex

Well, I just went to your backend again and attempted to install the package again and it worked without a problem... there were no changes on our part and we didn't have to log in to CPanel. Check it out and make sure that everything is enabled/configured and working properly.
