First, make sure you're using the "SourceCoast Subscriber ID". It's the long one on the righthand side of the page. Yours starts with 4f61.
If you're using the latest version of JFBConnect, there should be a Refresh link in Autotune right by that Subscription status. If you click that, does the problem still occur? If it's still happening after trying the link, then next clear the cache/cookies in your browser.
