I purchased your product, a while ago and agin recently, both times it doe snto work, messaged you days ago as the login button does not work, you have a 30 day refund policy so please refund me. You also over charged me as you state an upgrade is chepaer, yet you charged me full prce for what was an upgrade.

Please refund me. thank you.

We just processed your refund. As I requested in response to your prior email, please remove JFBConnect from your site: www.estonandnormanby.co.uk/

In the future, please note that the discount is only available if you keep your subscription active. The account you recently purchased JFBConnect with was created on this site on August 28th, so you had no previous subscriptions which would offer the discount.

Should you need support, you will need to re-purchase JFBConnect. We also have a policy of only allowing one refund per customer, so you will not be eligible for refunds in the future.

Can you please refund me, the software has been remvoed frrom the site, and the refund has been pending on Paypal for nearly 6 days?? why have you not refunded me?

I am still waiting for the refund, simply states "pending" in Paypal??
this is now nearly 6 days I have awaited, if not refunded in the next 24 hours, I will then open a case in paypal to retrive the funds.

We have already processed the refund from our end. We're not doing anything to hold this up. This is completely out of our hands.

Paypal has marked the transaction as pending with "Expected eCheck Clearing Date: September 3, 2021 - September 8, 2021". The original payment was a payment from a bank account, not a credit card, so it takes Paypal longer to process this refund. If you have a problem with the transaction, you'll need to contact Paypal, not us.
