In the future, please note that the discount is only available if you keep your subscription active. The account you recently purchased JFBConnect with was created on this site on August 28th, so you had no previous subscriptions which would offer the discount.
Should you need support, you will need to re-purchase JFBConnect. We also have a policy of only allowing one refund per customer, so you will not be eligible for refunds in the future.
