Usually, moving to SSL shouldn't cause problems like you describe. I found the "Admin Login" link and the button did show the popup when clicked. If you're still having issues, I'd recommend clearing your browser cache to ensure that your browser isn't blocking the SCLogin Javascript file is loading properly.
