Hello Everyone,

I installed SCLogin on my site and it works very fine on the desktop view but when i click on the login button on any mobile device the modal pop up will not display, so users cant login on mobile devices. Please how do i rectify this. This is the link to my website lifango.org.

Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions and the wonderful extension.

Regards,
Stone.

For me, the modal login is also not popping up in just a regular browser, not just on modal. There's an error on the page regarding "jfbcJQuery is not defined". Can you set the option in JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General > "Load jQuery/Bootstrap" to Yes and see if that has any effect? If no changes, could you also try the SCLogin > Advanced tab > "Load JQuery" to Yes. Let me know if this helps.

There's a similar setting in the SCLogin module for 'Include jQuery / Bootstrap'. Please make sure that's enabled, which should make things work right. If not, leave the setting enabled and we can test on your site again to determine what else may be the problem.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Melissa,

Thank you for the support..

It seems the system did not allow me to send messages to an admin, i got the below error message

Message
We're sorry. You can only send to the administrators (alzander or mel) if you have not subscribed to JFBConnect.
Message was not sent to one or more of the recipients. There reasons might be:
- the number of allowed recipients was exceeded
- the recipient has exceeded his inbox quota
- the recipient doesn't accept messages from users with your user level.
