Popup mode shows nothing was created by mlstoppa

Hello,

I installed yesterday last version of extension on my Joomla 3.4.8 website.

Though the extension works fine when always visible, nothing happens in popup mode.

Can you help in finding what's the problem?

The only suggestion I'd have is to make sure the "Include Boostrap / jQuery" setting is enabled in our module. If it is, and it still doesn't work, please post a URL of a page where we can see the issue. Once we can see the problem, we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thank you for answering.
I've just tried again and it works; probably I previously did something wrong.

Can you answer me for another question? Now Login is a module: how can I use it as a menu item?

Glad to hear it's working now, for whatever reason

As for setting the SCLogin as a menu item.. in short, you can't.. at least not with the SCLogin module. Our module is just that, a module, not a menu item.

If you're looking to do something like what we did on this site at the top, we're using the SCLogin module in a normal module position in the top right of our template. We've configured the module to show text links instead of buttons though, but that's it. It's not really a menu, though it looks like one.

Hi Alex,
I discovered when SCLogin doesn't work and the problem is related to the use of specific template positions.
The template is MeetGavern and when SCLogin is set in "login" module position it doesn't display the popup, if you choose "menu" or "sidebar" positions it works fine.
It's a pity but not difficult to overcome by choosing a position different from "login".
If you think you can do a bit of investigation I'll give you any information you need, otherwise the issue can be considered solved.

As regards using SCLogin as a menu item many thanks for the explanation on how you realized yours.

Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, there's little we'd be able to do here. For template issues, it's difficult to investigate as each one is different. This may be a question you want to pose to the template developers to see if they have a reason that the login position may behave differently than other positions.
