The SCLogin module simply redirects the user to the standard Joomla registration page for now or one of the other registration component's we support, like JomSocial, EasySocial, Community Builder, Virtuemart or some others. The SCLogin module doesn't have a way to add extra fields, you'd need to rely on those other extensions to add them.
Joomla itself comes with a limited profile system that may do some of the things you need. To enable and configure the profile fields, configure the "User - Profile" plugin in the plugin manager.
For the User - Profile or many 3rd party extensions, you can also import social network profile data using JFBConnect. That's configured in the JFBConnect -> Profiles area.
