The widget will automatically add a "See more comments" link. If clicked, the widget will grow (in height) to show more comments.JFBConnect > Social > Content Plugin - Comments > Show in Article View > Number of Comments: What happens when you reach the maximum of the comments? A link to older comments is shown ?
Yes. Facebook recently add the ability to use a % based width. See this bug report for more info . Please try 100% and it should work. We need to update our Tooltip for that.JFBConnect > Social > Content Plugin - Comments > Show in Article View > Width: is there a way to have width responsive (like 100%) instead to input fixed pixels ?
It means Facebook decides the ordering based on the current viewer. Their friends' posts may show up first, or a "Top Commentor" post, or something else. It's completely up to Facebook to decide the ordering however they see fit.JFBConnect > Social > Content Plugin - Comments > Show in Article View > Order By: What is Social set ? What does it mean ?
Select whether you want to include or exclude and then hit CTRL while clicking on all of the categories that you want to include or exclude.JFBConnect > Social > Content Plugin - Comments > Please, How to include/exclude multiple categories ?
The emails are defined in the front-end language files:JFBConnect > Social > Notifications/Analytics > Send Email Notification on New Comments: Please, Is there a way / how to manage the sent Email ? Is it in the JFBConnect languages files ? Do it depend on front end languages files ? If the customer Front end site is set in French, Can I still use English in Administrator and notify by email in French ??
The email is likely sent by whatever the user language is in the front end. We'd have to test more, but that's my assumption. Those emails only go to the email addresses you set in the admin area though. So, if you support French and English, you can simply set both of those strings to English strings and regardless of the user's language, they would both be sent to your admins in English.COM_JFBCONNECT_NEW_COMMENT_SUBJECT="New Facebook Comment"

This is a bug we just found as well, actually. Reloading (or clicking the Social link at the top) will properly show the values. They are saved, but not displayed properly, as you mention. This will be fixed in the next release.PS the first time I "Apply Changes" in this area, like for "widht" for ex., the new number I input is not shown (but seem to be saved), still shown the previuos pixels number till I exit and come back on this area and/or I click "Apply Changes" a second time.
So, in case I input an email in this JFBConnect set box to be emailed and also the "same email" in Facebook settings to be moderator the user will receive 2 emails, am I right ?!?Moderators are different than those who are emailed. You can have admins on your site that receive emails about new comments even when those user's don't have Facebook accounts. The email feature is completely a JFBConnect feature.
In joomla I set: by "Time" while in Facebook Comment settings tell me comments order still by "Social"Comments order: should follow the JFBConnect setting. What behavior are you seeing?
With JFBConnect's notifications, an email will always be sent. With the Comment moderation settings in Facebook, *I believe* (though am not sure) that a standard Facebook Notification will be sent. Those are displayed when the user logs into Facebook, but it's not a guarantee that an email will be sent in that case. So, in case I input an email in this JFBConnect set box to be emailed and also the "same email" in Facebook settings to be moderator the user will receive 2 emails, am I right ?!?
Try with just one email to test at first. Depending on how that goes, we can proceed from there.PS Anyway, in joomla > JFBConntect I set 3 emails, a comment was posted and no emails has been sent (anyone has received email)
The setting in Facebook is the default for your site. The setting in JFBConnect will override your default value, when set.In joomla I set: by "Time" while in Facebook Comment settings tell me comments order still by "Social"
Correct. JFBConnect sets the ordering parameter on the page itself. If that value isn't set then the Facebook default will be used.3 - JFBConnect will override your default value, but silently without changing the view on Facebook settings, Am I right ? (In JFBConnect I set: by "Time", but in Facebook Comment settings show me comments order still by "Social")
It's a good suggestion. You can change our language file directly to include your site name (or just remove JFBConnect from the string). You can also use the Extensions -> Language area of Joomla to create an override for that string directly.4 - On Transifex I posted a suggestion: Why not change "JFBConnect" sign into email message with "%SiteName" ?!? Please, Can you suggest me on How to do it with Languages override ?
Was this the notification that Facebook sent or the email that JFBConnect sent? If it was the notification from Facebook, I'm not sure. We don't have control over that. If it was the email from JFBConnect, can you tell me the URL that was sent? One strange issue: My customer had commented as "Page" not as Facebook User and when I click on the notified message Facebook say:
The page you requested was not found.
Back to home page
Please, Am I missing anything on settings ?
The note that the email is from JFBConnect isn't meant to be an advertisement. It's simply a way for the admin who is receiving the email to know what component is sending the message. Even if we included the site's name, we'd still probably note that the message was generated by JFBConnect in some way. These messages are primarily meant for administrators, so having the name of the extension should be helpful and likely won't be hurting your 'branding' since it's not sent to standard users.Have the email signed with "JFBConnect" is not consistent with "Show Link Powered By" in JFBConnect configuration that, as you know current/smile perfectly, is set to "No" by default.
