Ahh.. Thank you for clarifying. The issue is that you're testing JFBConnect and in an abnormal state.
Right now, you have the "Automatically Log Facebook Users In" setting enabled in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook area. That setting will always try to log users in that come to the site *if* they have already tried to authenticate with Facebook.
The problem you're running into is that you already logged in using Facebook. But, it sounds like you deleted the account that was created in Joomla. When you return to the site, Facebook notifies JFBConnect that you've authenticated before and JFBConnect tries to log you in. Since there's no Joomla account to log you into, it brings you to the registration page (or creates you an account automatically).
To test normally, you'll need to go to Facebook -> Settings -> Apps area. In there, remove the application for your site. That will prevent Facebook from telling JFBConnect to automatically log you in.
