The AUP rules are in there. You have to be logged in with your account that has an active subscription to JFBConnect to see the files. I know you PM'd me about your subscription and we'll help you find the right account for your subscription once you respond there.

As for why the AUP rules are in there, it's simply because we haven't updated them in a while, so they are still downloadable in an older release area. The rules work fine with v6.x.
