Open Graph successful but not showing in activity log

If you have not gone through the approval process, please make sure that you are using the admin of the Facebook application to log into your front-end and test. Authenticating from any other Facebook user will not post to your Facebook activity.

Additionally, by activity log, do you mean you are not seeing the action in the JFBConnect backend activity logs section or that you are seeing it there, but not in your activity log for facebook.com? Unless you see a post in the Facebook list when testing with your Facebook user, the object/action are probably set up incorrectly and we would not recommend trying to get approval yet.

Can you also take screenshots of your 1) object and actions in the JFBConnect > Open Graph area, 2) the activity log in JFBConnect > Open Graph > Activity Logs and 3) your action from the Facebook application. Please attach it to this thread by uploading the images and then using the green arrow to attach it to your post.

Here are my quick suggestions:

Your action
1. Your 'action' setting in JFBConnect looks incorrect. This should be check_out not Check Out.
2. Action Type should be manual in JFBConnect.
3. Try checking the explicitly shared action in both JFBConnect action and Facebook action.

Your object:
1. Facebook is picky with capitalization matters. In JFBConnect, please try changing from 'Raketeer' to 'raketeer'. You don't have a screenshot of the advanced options for your Facebook object, so unless you have changed it to be capitalized, you should use lowercase.
