Hi,

I have two modules both visible to registered users only and assigned to all menu items.

There are not visible and only when I logged in with Jommla username and password, I see both modules.

Although the modules setting are the same and when logged in using the FB connect, only one is visible and the other is not.

I am attaching screenshot in a pdf document
fb-connect.pdf

Can you please advise?

Thanks

JFBConnect logs users in just like any other standard users. I'd recommend disabling any caching you have enabled in the Global Configuration area, the System - Cache plugin or any other optimization plugins you may have enabled. There's no reason that users should be treated differently if they login with a social network, but the above may help narrow things down.

If that doesn't help, please leave the caching disabled and let us know a specific page where we can login and what page should show the modules you defined for registered users but aren't showing. From there, we can try to investigate what may be going wrong and help diagnose the issue.

Thanks,
Alex

hi,

Caching is disabled on my site.

You may login to www.dwh.co.il/ both with a social login and Jommla login and you can see the difference in the modules just below the menu.

Since my subscription may expire soon. can you please close the ticket with my mail : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I registered on your site with a social network, but didn't receive Joomla credentials to try logging in that way to test things.

Can you check:
* In the User Manager, what user groups each of your users are in? Make sure there are no differences there between Joomla registered users and JFBConnect ones.
* Check the Module Manager to make sure that the group to display to is correct there

If that doesn't help, try to make the module public for everyone (even non-registered users) and see if it displays on a page then and/or when logged in with JFBC. That can help narrow things down.

Beyond that, I'm really not sure. JFBConnect logs users into Joomla using the Joomla authentication plugins and standard Joomla system. There's no reason a user should be treated differently if they login via JFBConnect instead of Joomla unless their permissions are different.

Thanks,
Alex
