JFBConnect provides several options regarding activation after the user is created.
1. In JFBConnect > Configuration > General, there is a 'Skip Joomla User Activation' option. When enabled, the new users will be activated regardless of the parameters in the User Manager section.
2. Depending on which of our Social Profile plugins you have enabled, there may be more activation options to set in JFBConnect > Profile tabs for the 3rd party extensions you're using. For instance, JFBConnect > Profile > Community Builder will have the "Skip CB Activation" setting to configure.
Try configuring these options to see if it resolves your problems.
