if i click the opengraph from the menu it shows up but alle the other pages are blank.

Am not support, but I will do this,

Disable the component and see what happens, if tha bring the page up again then uninstall the component and download a fresh package and install it again, but that's me, however wait for support to reply to you.

Thanks, Caliderumba, for responding. Good suggestions. Here's what we'd say in general for an issue like mentioned:

If you're seeing a blank white page, that means there's a PHP error being thrown on the page for some reason. Please go to the Global Configuration area and set "Error Reporting" to 'maximum'. That should show a real error message on the blank page that we can use to diagnose what's going wrong.

We haven't heard of this issue before, but we'll gladly help narrow things down. There's likely a missing PHP library on your site or something like that.

Finally, JFBConnect works only on Joomla 2.5.5+. If you are running on Joomla 1.6.x, 1.7.x or 2.5.0-2.5.4, that could also be the problem. You'd need to upgrade Joomla to get JFBConnect to work. However, 2.5.5 is more than a year and a half old by now, so you shouldn't be using it anyways... :D

I hope that helps,
Alex

Share the url of your website, also is english the default language for your website? and last, if you disable the component and still gets a blank page, then I don't think is JFBComponent your issue, you can try also, disabling plugins one by one that you installed or some module

I'm unsure what's going on. Can you private message the URL for your site as well as admin credentials we can use to get in and debug things?

You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my picture to the left.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for the access to the site. Something is preventing Error Reporting from being disabled. That could either be a very poorly coded Joomla extension that's trying to hide their errors or your server not allowing Joomla to override the error reporting setting.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything that would be causing JFBConnect to not load in the admin or front-end areas. I'd recommend the following:
1) Re-installing JFBConnect. You can use the Joomla installer and just install it like it's new. That will try to refresh everything and may fix a missing file or something like that.
2) Determine what is preventing Joomla errors from being shown. I'm not sure where to start here. I disabled all of your Joomla system plugins, as those are the likely cause of Joomla extensions to forcibly disable errors, but none helped.
3) Contact your hosting company to either force error reporting to be shown or retrieve the PHP error log from your site so that we can inspect it and determine what the PHP error is.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Without being able to see the error itself, narrowing down the cause is very difficult.
