Can you let me know a specific page for us to test with? I just visited a few pages of a site that you had run Autotune from (there were a few), and I couldn't see that message on any page. For reference, I was using v24.0 (a little old) and was looking in the Developer Console for any messages.
One other thing I'd recommend is disabling any add-ons for Firefox you have enabled (or starting in "Safe Mode") and trying again. It's possible an extension was actually throwing that error, and not your page.
