It sounds like you downloaded JFBConnect v4.3.1. We very quickly released an updated version, v4.3.2 which fixes the error you're receiving and another minor problem for some people.

To fix, simply go to the Plugin Manager and enable the JFBCSystem plugin. That should get things going. Then, upgrade to v4.3.2 which should fix the problem altogether.

If you're still running into issues, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

thank you for answer , looks like this error is gone ,

now at the stage of troubleshooting why opengraph is not working well.

one error with images ( attachment)
second followed all steps with testing objects and there is no activity.

I guess another component to learn.

You should offer paid configuration package or something

Paid configuration is something we're considering, but we're simply too small to do it right now. We'd like to grow in that direction one day. However, we'd prefer to just make our configuration guides and extension easy enough for anyone to use :)

As for your issue, the error message is indicating that the object you defined is incorrect. Can you go into the Objects area of Open Graph and make sure you set the "type" correctly? From the image, it looks like it's blank (I just see the namespace).

Hope that helps, but if not, let us know,
Alex

Never seen such a generic message before, which makes things pretty difficult as you can tell.

Can you check the following:
* Autotune has been run recently and that there are no errors there? Specifically that your Website URL and Canvas Namespace are setup correctly
* Your running your tests on a publicly accessible website
* If you run the URL Debug Tool below that it doesn't return any errors about the page you're trying post an action from:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

Let us know if all those are setup right or if that helps fix things up.

Thanks,
Alex

I see here is the problem. Most of our content is for registered users . so when run debug script ( As you suggested)

Scrape Information
Response Code: 200
Fetched URL: www.canadareic.com/investment-properties/blogs/19-blogs.html
Canonical URL: www.canadareic.com/component/users/?view=login
Errors That Must Be Fixed
Error Linting URL: An internal error occurred while linting the URL.
Redirect Path
original: www.canadareic.com/investment-properties/blogs/19-blogs.html
303: www.canadareic.com/component/users/?view=login

Any suggestion how to avoid this issue?

Right now, unfortunately, we don't have any good answers for you. We're investigating a method to allow the Open Graph tags to work on registered content, but it's not ready for showtime and not something we can even make available for testing. The hope is to have it included in the 5.0 release in January.

Until then, Open Graph Actions on registered content will be a problem as Facebook won't be able to see the details of that page which is critical for them to post the action.
