Proxy window keeps popping up.

Hello how are you? I keep getting a message and pop up window asking to download a proxy file. Seems like there is a file missing. I unistalled the component, plugins and module to test but I still getting this message for Jomsocial Facebook login. It also shows up on any site using Facebook connect button. Please advise.

I have the same problem as you and so does sourcecoast website. I also have jomsocial facebook connect and it has the same problem as well. Facebook was hacked a few days ago and that might have something to do with recent problems. I would hope that Facebook added more security requirements and they modified the api a bit and that is causing the problem. I would hate to think that the hacker is hoping unsuspecting users will download a malicous file to gain access to billions of personal computer, that would be the end of facebook and thus the hush on that subject that was reported by CNN. Hacker was bold and took on Mark Zuckerberg's fan page. I went ahead and disable the facebook connect until this matter is resolved and thus limit my exposure to future legal problem, if indeed the hacker is using facebook api to distribute malicous files.
