Not sure if the files in attachment are going to affect the use of JFBConnect. Should I install these files or are they part of a plugin or module that needs to be installed still?

Whew! Sorry for the delayed response on getting back to this.

The 2 index.html files are not important at all. The other files look to have been removed in a recent release of Joomla but, for some reason, are still showing in our VVT tool. We'll investigate why that may be, but, in short, ignore those files.
