Mario,
Just got into your site again.. The issue looked to be that you had the profile plugins for K2, Agora, Community Builder and Kunena enabled. I disabled the K2 and CB ones because I wasn't sure if you were using them. I also disabled the Agora one because you don't have that extension installed, and that was likely what was causing the 404 error on registration.
If you want to import profile information into the above components, feel free to enable the right JFBConnect Profile Plugin, but if you don't want to integrate with them, just leave them disabled. Additionally, since you seem to be using JomSocial, you may want to download, install, and configure that profile plugin.
Hope this helps. We're adding better checks to the profile plugins for 3.2 to prevent enabling them if the extension to be integrated with isn't installed.
