[BUG] with visible word

after i'm connect profile with all social networks on my site, i'm still see this words: "Connect this site with your social network?"

so, maybe, if people connect with all social networks, we can hide this words?

p.s. i'm connect my profile on my site with all social networks - It's OK! VK.com is cool! some people connected with VK on my site - it's OK!
