Show Profile Link

Is it possible to change the profile link?  We have membership pro which uses the Joomla custom fields for the user profile.  I would like to send the user to a module provided by MembershipPro for this.   I have the menu item set up and available but need a quick way for the user to see this profile.

I have found that by replacing a line of code in your helper.php code (line 392) with 'join/user-profile' (which is the menu item to the custom profile) I found this seems to work - but of course would be wiped out by any upgrade. Is there a way to override this safely?

I have managed to create a safe override. Sorry to bother you.

I still haven't managed though to get my forgot-buttons to show up in black - as per an earlier post.
