Inconsistent btn on horizontal

Inconsistent btn on horizontal was created by trohal1

The btn's have inconsistent visual behavior. We have btns with a hover behavior yet that same behavior doesn't exist on "login" button because tis coded totally differently.
What can I do in the override to correct this? kuj5.klasusers.com/
