Hi, I have upgraded my Joomla to Joomla 4, but I am getting complaints that those who have forgotten their password, try to reset it using the options on the login form, but don't get any verification codes sent to them.  I am trying to work out whether this might be: 1.  A problem with SCLogin, if indeed that software handles the forgot password situation, or 2.  A problem with Joomla 4 (does Joomla handle the forgot password situation), or 3.  My own incompetence in setting the appropriate parameters.Please could you help me.  I have attached a copy of the email that is sent to my desparate and forgetful user.Many thanks.Regards,Bill

I apologize for the lengthy delay. We had an issue that was preventing us from responding to support requests but it is rectified now. We are going through previous posts and responding to them all and expect to be caught up shortly.

I know this issue is old, but wanted to clarify that SCLogin does not do any resetting of passwords. We simply redirect to the component that the "Registration Component" is configured for. That component is then responsible for any logic of sending out the emails. I'd recommend looking for the string that you're seeing in the email and looking through your language files to see what's sending it.
