Topic-icon Issues with SCLogin on Joomla 4

I recently upgraded a fairly simple website to Joomla 4 and am having issues with SCLogin now.

Before the upgrade SCLogin was working perfectly.  The website was running Joomla 3.10 and using the YooTheme Pro template and there were no issues at all with SCLogin.  The website passed up Joomla 4 upgrade tests as well.

After the upgrade to Joomla 4 the website itself is working fine.  The only thing that isn't is SCLogin.

What happens is that the moment the page loads, the SCLogin login pop up is displayed on the the page.  The pop up can't be closed as the close button does not work.  The rest of the page, that isn't under the pop up is clickable.  I can scroll up and down the page and the pop up stays in its position in the window.  If I click the Login button, the bacground of the page darkens, and suddenly the login pop up is closable.  If I close the box it disapears and the page looks normal.  I can then click the login button to bring it back up and and it is still closable.

If I browse to another page the same thing happens again.  The login pop up appears and won't go away until I click the login button and then press the close button on the pop up.

Has anyone seen this before?  Does anyone have any ideas what the cause might be?

Joomla 4.0.3
SCLogin 9.0.170
PHP 8.0.11

No, we haven't heard of that issue. I just tried on a site that you had run Autotune on 1.5 years ago (be....ub.com) and didn't see the issue. Unsure if that's the proper site though.

The only suggestion I'd have immediately is to toggle the 'Include jQuery' setting in SCLogin (or in JFBConnect if the site is using that).

Beyond that, if you can let us know where we can test, we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

I found the problem. It was a caching issue. I have it working properly now.
