How do I deactivate Joomla login?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. The SCLogin module still hooks into the com_users component of Joomla to actually perform authentication. When an authentication failure happens, that component is in control and that's what redirects the user to the login page.

We get this question a bit, and understand why you want to use the SCLogin module only. However, many, many extensions will automatically redirect a user to the login page on their own. They don't know about the SCLogin module. Because of that, it's best to work on making the Joomla Login page look decently good as users will reach it somehow.. whether you want them too or not

Unsure why they wouldn't open in Chrome for you. We just tested on a few different browsers and they expanded without issue. We'll keep looking to see if we're missing something.. but it's also Friday. The server may be tired...
