First name greeting was created by rakesh

Really would be nice to have the option in the pulldown of the Greeting: Firstname

At the moment it has None, Real name and username.

Can you please add First name to the Greeting options llist?

I can add this to our issue tracker. It will take some thought as Joomla users only have a single name field and breaking the name apart isn't as simple as separating by spaces in the name, especially for different regions of the world.
