The SCLogin module has parameters where you can set the order of the buttons. Go to the Social configuration tab and there's a Social Button Ordering field (or something like it). In there, you can set which providers show and what order they go in, like:
facebook,linkedin,twitter,googleplus,instagram
That will only show those buttons.
Beyond that, the SCLogin module uses the standard Joomla template override system, so you can update the layout files by copying them to templates/<YOUR_JOOMLA_TEMPLATE>/html/ and editing them there.
