I have a very peculular issue that just started happening. I have setup SCLogin on my site and it worked flawlessly until I updated to Joomla 3.8.0. Now when I login using it, it wants to redirect to a different site. While the site it is trying to link to is in fact one I own I do not understand why it would be doing this? For one thing it is trying to link to it by way of FTP and I never even used this site at all during development so I am at a total loss why this is happening or how to fix it?
Here is the site in question and if you click the login go ahead and enter the user and pass I created to see what I am talking about.
Please disregard, it appears the problem is with my CloudLinux selector which is not loading something correctly for this.
Thanks Mel, is there any other reason it would be reporting that curl is not running? I am the server admin and installed curl with ssl myself and have confirmed it is installed and enabled. I just checked the Joomla php info and confirmed as well, here is the report returned from that view (perhaps some other parameter here that may give you a clue why it is reporting as not available?).
cURL support enabled
cURL Information 7.36.0
Protocols dict, file, ftp, ftps, gopher, http, https, imap, imaps, ldap, ldaps, pop3, pop3s, rtsp, scp, sftp, smtp, smtps, telnet, tftp
SSL Version OpenSSL/1.0.1e
ZLib Version 1.2.3
libSSH Version libssh2/1.4.3
When I go into the component it says:
Warning: curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/leagueses/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/views/jfbconnect/view.html.php on line 71
Why am I getting this error? I was assuming it tried to report that curl was not functioning on the server but in fact it is so I am confused as to what this warning is trying to tell me?
Thanks Alex, that was the answer I wanted to hear...
Any thought about integration into the EasyBlog component for Joomla?
